Never work with animals or children?
Well, having spent most of my career as a wildlife cameraman filming for prestigious BBC and National Geographic television series such as PLANET EARTH and BLUE PLANET it seemed only natural to accept the challenge when friends asked me to photograph their children.
Creative
Seven years on and kids photography is now an important and rewarding area of my work, with most of my clients returning regularly for photo shoots as their children grow.
Natural
Wildlife filming requires skill, dedication and patience, and these are attributes I bring to my photography of children and families. Just like animals, people feel most comfortable in a familiar environment, so most of my photo shoots take place at my clients' home, or a familiar location of their choice.
